Individuals that purchase products from Cigars At Your Price must be of legal age in order to be eligible to purchase Tobacco and Tobacco Accessories in their respective state. The purchaser accepts all responsibility for any taxes, fines, or requirements brought forth by any purchases conducted on Cigars At Your Price.


Shipping Policies

*UPS does not pick up packages on Saturdays or Sundays.
*UPS does not deliver on Saturday and Sundays.
*Overnight shipping for Saturday deliveries is available but requires extra postage.
*Orders placed before 3 PM (Eastern Time) will be shipped that day.
*If you are paying via PayPal eCheck, an additional hold of up to seven days may apply for the eCheck to clear.
*You must be at least 19 years old to purchase tobacco products in AK, AL, NJ and UT.
*Please supply a physical mailing address as UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.
*We reserve the right to choose if a package will ship via USPS or UPS.
*Unfortunately we cannot accept orders shipping to New York State.
*Requests may be made to use a specific Shipping Carrier but additional shipping charges may be applied.

Additional Shipping Info

No minimum order is required and there is no additional handling charge for any orders. We do reserve the right to cancel orders and/or backorders that are under $50.

We offer free shipping in the continental U.S. via UPS Ground on any order of $200 or more. All other continental U.S. orders under $200.00 will be charged $7.95 for ground shipping. For an idea of how long your order will take please check our Ground Delivery Map above. Please make sure you provide us with a physical address, not a P.O. Box, for your shipping address.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are only shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. On Alaska & Hawaii orders there will be no backorders held for partial orders unless additional shipping is paid as stated above. Orders that can only be partially filled will be held until the remainder of the order becomes available. The purchaser could request that they be shipped separately but each shipment would be charged freight. Next Day Priority service is available but is not calculated on the website correctly for Alaska and Hawaii. We will calculate the correct charge and let you know the charge. It is best to call so that we can calculate the cost and get your package shipped as quickly as possible.

Military address (APO/FPO) shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates for APO/FPO addresses are the same as regular ground shipments. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine if tobacco products can be legally imported to the APO/FPO Country you are stationed in. If we package your order and it is refused at the post office we will credit your account for the order less a $10.00 handling fee. Partial order/backorder rules for military addresses are the same as for Alaska and Hawaii orders.

All in stock orders will be shipped the same day as received (Monday - Friday) when received before 3:00pm EST (except when payment is being made via PayPal eCheck). UPS has regular shipping Monday through Friday (except major holidays). All delivery estimates assume delivery Monday - Friday. For example, 2nd Day shipments leaving on Thursday will be scheduled to be received on the following Monday (the second scheduled delivery day not including the day it was shipped). Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge - please call for special rates and availability.

All packages with a value over $200 will require a signature upon receipt. A release of your package without a signature is possible when the order is placed, but we must receive a written request to do so. If you have requested your package to be delivered without a signature, you assume all responsibility for the package once it leaves our facility. All packages with a value under $200 will not require a signature unless the ship-to is a commercial address. Signature requirements for packages less than $200.00 may be added if requested when order is placed.

Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept from or ship orders to New York State.


Freight Shipments

Humidors that require freight/commercial shipping will have an additional freight cost added to the order. We will contact you once the freight cost is determined.


Payment

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Cards and PayPal. Sorry, No C.O.D.'s. Any special orders or large orders are subject to prepayment. If you are paying via PayPal eCheck, an additional hold of up to seven days may apply for the eCheck to clear.


International Orders

We accept International Orders as long as they are not restricted by USPS shipping guidelines. We no longer ship to Canada. Please be aware of your country's guidelines before processing your order. Your local postal service can supply this information. All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Actual shipping of your order will differ from the amount stated on your initial invoice. If you would like confirmation of shipping charges before we ship, please indicate this in the special instructions section of your order.

We can not be responsible for international orders after they leave our facility. Each order is insured by the USPS. This insurance does not cover any customs actions such as opening your package to charge duty, confiscating goods, or manipulating the merchandise in any way.

International shipments will not be shipped until we receive an e-mail from the recipient stating that they are aware of the Importation laws of their country with regard to Tobacco products and are prepared to pay any duties, taxes or fees associated with the importation of tobacco products.

International orders (except Canada) will require prepayment via a bank to bank wire transfer of funds or a Western Union payment in U.S. dollars. The customer must pay all wire transfer fees.

Because of FAA rules we can not include a lighter or ship lighters on international packages.


Privacy

We will not share, sell, or give away your personal information to any company, period.


Availability

The availability on our site is a good guide but nothing more. If you have a question on availability please call. The availability is updated at least once a day Monday through Friday. All orders will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.


Backorders

Please be aware that many high profile, hard-to-get items may be put on backorder after you have placed your order. If you need to be absolutely sure that a product is in stock please call us. We are generally available between 10:00AM to 6:00PM M-F. All orders will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. If only a portion of your order is in stock, that portion will be shipped and charged as long as it amounts to $50 or more. We reserve the right to cancel any backorders that are under $50. You will be contacted about any portion of your order that was not shipped. The unshipped portion will be put in a backorder status and will ship as soon as it is available. Rest assured that your credit card will not be charged until your product is ready for shipping. Any shipping charges associated with the total amount of the original order will be charged on the first shipment. Any subsequent shipments will not incur shipping charges. Ground shipping is used on all second shipments regardless of shipping method used for first shipment. If Express shipping is requested, please let us know that you accept the additional charges via email at david@cigarsatyourprice.com.


Returns

Merchandise returned without defect is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any merchandise returned because of manufacturers defect or staleness will be replaced. Refunds or replacements will be based on the number of cigars that are returned to us.

Prices, sizes, shapes, colors, quantity per box are all subject to human error. We will not be held responsible for typing errors. If something seems too good to be true or outrageously wrong, please call us with it. We usually reward those who help us.
